The House
Villa Sapateira is a dream house in a fantastic beach location with unique sea views from the very spacious terrace and almost every bedroom. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets every day with a drink in hand! The interior is tastefully and elegantly designed, combining modern and Portuguese elements. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
On the ground floor, there is a large, bright living room with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the heated pool. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a spacious stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge. From the kitchen, you can step directly onto a sheltered terrace with a barbecue and pizza oven, perfect for long summer dinners. Behind the house, another terrace offers morning sun for a delightful breakfast outdoors.
The large glass doors from the kitchen open onto the terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. From the living room, you access the expansive terrace and sun loungers by the pool. Additionally, the villa has a huge roof terrace with a 360° view over the complex and the entire town, perfect for unforgettable sunsets. For extra comfort, the villa features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a kids' play area.
Living Room
The spacious living room is bright and comfortable, with panoramic views of the ocean and the pool. Perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. Direct access to the terrace provides a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking and dining utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven.
Bedrooms
The villa has five bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. Four of the bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (1.80 m wide), while one bedroom has two single beds. Three of the bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, two of which also have a private terrace with stunning sea views. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, and in the basement there is another double bedroom that shares the bathroom on the ground floor.
Bathrooms
The villa has a total of four bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms are located in the suites and are completely private, while there is one shared bathroom on the ground floor for the rooms that use it. This ensures plenty of privacy and comfort for all guests during their stay.
Entrance and parking
The villa has an electric gate leading to a private parking area for multiple cars. Guests receive the remote control for the gate and the key to the front door. At check-in, guests are personally welcomed and given the house keys, and at check-out, the house is inspected so that the security deposit can be returned.
Porto Dinheiro
The village of Porto Dinheiro has a beach mainly visited by locals. Within walking distance, you will also find several excellent restaurants, such as Marisqueira Mar do Norte and Cervejaria O Pescador.
