The Space
Villa Sapateira is a dream home in a prime beach location, offering spectacular sea views from the spacious terrace and almost every bedroom. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets daily with a refreshing drink! The interior is stylish and elegant. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the heated pool. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a sheltered terrace, perfect for dining outdoors, with a barbecue and pizza oven. A terrace at the back catches the morning sun for a relaxed breakfast.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there are three beautifully furnished suites, each with its own bathroom, two with private terraces and sea views. The fifth double bedroom is in the basement and shares the ground-floor bathroom. Four bedrooms have double beds (1.80m), and one has two single beds.
A large glass door from the kitchen leads to the terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. The living room opens onto the terrace and poolside sunbeds. The villa also features a rooftop terrace with 360° views of the estate and the coastline, perfect for unforgettable sunsets.
Guest Access
The villa features an electric gate leading to a private parking area for multiple cars. Guests receive the gate remote and house keys upon arrival. Check-in and check-out are handled personally, ensuring the security deposit is returned promptly.
Other Notes
As shown in the photos, there are construction sites on the neighboring property. However, due to a lack of permits, no construction activity is expected during your stay, so there will be no disturbance.
Porto Dinheiro
The village of Porto Dinheiro has a beach mostly visited by locals. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
