We acquired the villa half-finished in 2020 and completed it with the help of a local contractor. It’s a spacious, comfortable home with terraces and a heated pool, offering incredible views—a true dream house for us.

Super ruime villa met alles wat je nodig hebt. Verschillende terrassen, balkons, zit- en eetgedeeltes buiten, geweldig zwembad en vooral: mega uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan.

Wij waren de 2e week van juni 2024 hier met ons gezin van 9 personen. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken het huis was fantastisch en heerlijk ruim en heel goed uitgerust. Er werden zelfs voor ons 10 nieuwe ligstoelen gebracht voor bij het heerlijke verwarmde zwembad. Hebben heel veel spelletjes gespeeld en fijn gekookt en gegeten ook genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Nog nooit zo'n mooi uitzicht gehad vanuit dit fijne huis. Mooie herinneringen gemaakt.

A 10 out of 10! The vila is amazing! Beautiful pool, great kitchen! Almost every room has his own bathroom, so you have enough private places. Great beach below, from 18:00 o'clock you can walk to the other beaches since the water is low. A few nice restaurants you can walk to.

We had a great stay at Villa Sapateira! The house is very spacious and offers all you need. It is a new house with a very well equipped kitchen, a great pool and different terraces around the house. It has lovely bedrooms with good beds. There are a few nice restaurants close to the beach, which is very close, at a two minute walk. And within a short drive you can reach more nice beaches with other nice restaurants. There are several supermarkets in Lourinha, a 10 minute drive away. We loved it and can fully recommend this villa for a holiday with family or friends.
